I am behind this small Lavetonia project. Viticulturist and specialist in creating unique gastronomic experiences related to wine, sake and sparkling wines.
I have always been a geography junkie, so I decided to study a higher degree related to tourism, and then specialise in viticulture and WSET specifications to be able to offer a gastronomic immersion in travel.
My aim is to show you that there is a wider range of wines beyond the big brands, that you learn in a didactic way, define your ideal wine and give you unique ideas to discover other places.
